People who choose to live at a higher frequency are the new sexy AF. Yeah, we all have our sh*tty days, I know I do. And we can and should sit with it for a bit and acknowledge our life feelings and frustrations, but one’s ability to be aware of their negativity and flip the script, are the kind of people I want to surround myself with. And you should too. Especially when it comes to your partner. It means everything. What’s higher frequency? Let’s start with lower frequency, where I used to live and why nothing good ever happened, constant worry, dread, regret, anger, jealousy, entitlement, pessimism, victim mode, and always chasing. This state blocks potential as well as light and you start to take hostages around you without even knowing it. If you’re dipping, it’s time to do what you need to do to get back up. Not just for you but the people in your life who care about you. Things to practice to pull you up, gratitude, love, forgiveness, laughter, not taking yourself so seriously, giving, attracting, believing in yourself and your story. Hard work and patience. Practice kindness and forgiveness, not only to others but with yourself. Not just once. Daily. Until your light changes. Until you start to see color again. Until you pull a Nemo and ditch your fishbowl for the ocean. The new hot is people who live higher.
